Introduction

We are living in ”social network times”. Facebook, twitter, or Linkedin become immensely popular thanks to the content sharing services. The user is sharing the friendship, collegiality. This trend motivated the organizations to move away from the traditional corporate hub of business practice towards a more diffused and distributed web of relationships and agile alliances. In fact, businesses all over the world are interconnected with each other by complex service-centric webs called service networks [9]. At the same time, a new kind of teamwork has been emerged unconstrained by local geography, available skill set, networking and deep relationships the crowdsouring. It is the action of outsourcing tasks, traditionally performed by an employee or contractor, to an undefined group of people through an open call. Crowdsourcing applications should be enable to seek for people on demand in order to perform a task. In fact, thousands human actors will provide their skills and capabilities in response to the call.
